Epariatites Ammonite,  Humberside, UK.   From the Lower Jurassic Period, 170 million years old.   A great English fossil.  This specimen has been cut and half and polished to show the inner anatomy of the ammonite.   There are very clear sutures and unique colouration making this both decorative and fascinating – great for a collector of any age.
